"We have used this transfer company for a few years and they have never disappointed us. This time all our party were unable to travel home at the same time as our grandson was hospitalised. I informed them of the situation and they collected half of the party for the original transfer and then said that once our grandson was released from hospital and our new flight booked they would do our transfer for free. "Excellent company. We used their services for a return journey Dalaman Airport - Sarigerme - Dalaman Airport. The driver was waiting for us at the agreed meeting point, (even although it took us over 40 minutes to get through customs) and drove us safely in a comfortable car to our hotel. On the day of our return, the driver arrived before the time due (we didn't have to reconfirm our return journey), was pleasant and again we had a pleasant journey. The fare was competitive and could not be beaten by other companies. I chose this company because it had so many good reviews. They live up to their promises and I would use their services again. "Once again DM Transfers provided excellent transfers to and from Dalaman to Marmaris. Air conditioned mini bus, free water, always there waiting at airport when you arrive. Pick up always on time, they go that extra mile for their customers. Never let you down.Used DM Transfers for three years now. Once they phoned me in Marmaris to inform me my flight was leaving in three hours, I had my times and dates mixed up, they got us there on time, I will always be grateful to them otherwise I would have missed my flight. "Having been to Turkey several times I didn't want to transfer in the multi-drop coaches that take forever. I was travelling without my husband on this occasion with my children and parents and decided on a private transfer from Dalaman to Marmaris. DM Transfers had good reviews on line from UK visitors so I felt reassured and they were far cheaper than any of the well known transfer firms. They had a special return rate of 76 pounds return from Dalaman airport to Marmaris. A lady from the transfer company greeted us outside the arrivals terminal and led us to a Mercedes van which had been converted to 6 seats facing each other in the back with a large flat screen with DVD's provided. The kids loved it and we could put our feet up as it was very roomy. I paid the driver the 76 pounds once he dropped us off at our hotel. I must admit at that point I thought what if the transfer company doesn't come back for the transfer back to the airport! I had printed off their email and office phone numbers just in case. On the day of the departure I got hotel reception to ring them an hour before the pick up to be told that the driver was already on his way. Again we were provided with a comfortable Mercedes carrier and very polite driver. Please do tip the drivers and I have kept the details of this company for future trips. "I can't recommend you highly enough. The car and drivers were excellent. It was incredibly easy and excellent value for money. On the way to the airport the driver even had a pack of biscuits for our children, which was greatly appreciated. However, the most amazing part of the service were the efforts you went to to reunite me with my mobile phone after I left it in the car when you dropped us at the airport. I only realised after we had been through passport control. I emailed you from the airport and you immediately replied saying your driver had found my phone and was on his way back to the airport. You put a call out for me and you were able to get my phone back to me within 30 minutes of my email to you, I can't thank you enough for all your efforts. I will certainly recommend you to anyone.
